ART04 is a point-of-care, cartridge-based real-time PCR platform that automates magnetic-bead nucleic-acid extraction and multi-channel fluorescence detection inside a “mini-lab” disposable. It supports 200 µL–1 mL input from a wide range of specimens (NP swabs, sputum, BAL, feces, urine, blood, CSF, etc.) and targets bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, and chlamydia. The instrument offers rapid temperature control (4–105 °C), six dye channels (FAM, HEX, TAMRA, ROX/Texas Red, Cy5, Cy5.5), and multi-color melt-curve analysis. One PC can control up to four instruments, and each instrument can run up to four cartridges in parallel.
