DotDiver 2.0 is a compact benchtop immunoblot analyzer that automates the processing and evaluation of LINE/Dot immunoblots for autoimmune diagnostics (e.g., rheumatology and gastroenterology). Using barcoded test strips and pre-filled, barcoded reagent cartridges, it minimizes hands-on time (after manual sample application) and standardizes runs. The integrated software reads and evaluates the developed strips, supports result export, and connects to LIS. Throughput is flexible from 1 to 24 samples/assays per run, making it suitable for routine labs needing reliable, walk-away blot processing in a small footprint.
